Returns and Refunds

1. You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from receipt of your order.

2. Once you have received your order you have the right to return your items, within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in its original packaging. If an item has been returned without the packaging it arrives in, the full refund cannot be provided. 

3. We do not accept the return/refund of piercing jewellery such as earrings and nose rings due to hygiene reasons.

4. We do not accept the return/refund of personalised/custom jewellery such as icy initial necklaces, charms necklaces/ bag charms or engraved jewellery.

5. In the unlikely case an item arrives to you damaged please email us clear pictures of the damage to help@larvalondon.com. Don’t worry! We can help you out and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Please contact help@larvalondon.com to initiate a return. Please note if the customer is returning an item the customer will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the product to us.
